There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 144 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.7 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches with up to 0.6 inch per hour rainfall rates are expected over the area. This additional heavy rainfall will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of heavy rain expected through Friday night. An additional 3-6, locally up to 9 inches of total rain is possible through Friday.
